Data acquisition and storage

When you visit our website we acquire and log data automatically to maintain system security and for statistical purposes (this includes e.g. browser type and version, operating system used, the referrer URL, the IP address, the date and time of access, content that was accessed and information transmitted during the connection). This does not constitute personal data unless it is possible to assign the captured data to a specific natural person. The data that is acquired and stored is regularly deleted after its statistical evaluation; after four weeks (log files) or after one week (IP address).

Personal data such as your name, address, telephone number or email address is only acquired by us when you make this available to us knowingly, for example within the framework of registration or if this information is required for contract fulfilment. Furthermore, this acquisition only takes place to the extent to which you are aware. After granting your consent, you have the right to revoke this at any time.
The use of your personal data for advertising/market research purposes only takes place insofar as you have granted your express permission.

If a contractual relationship between us should be established, altered or materially expanded, we only acquire and use personal data insofar as this is necessary for these purposes.

Passing on your data

We do not pass your data on to third parties unless this is necessary for the purpose of the business transaction. We keep the scope of data transmitted to the minimum level necessary. Authorities and other state institutions are only provided with information within the framework of statutory information obligations, or if a court ruling demands this.

Newsletter

If you wish to register for our newsletter we require your email address and confirmation that you are the owner of the email address provided, and the recipient of the newsletter. No further data is collected.

We use the so-called double opt-in process for newsletters. This means we only send you a newsletter once you have confirmed your registration by clicking on a link in a notification email, which is sent to the email address provided by you. You can cancel your newsletter subscription and revoke the associated consent to store your email address at any time. To do so, either send us an email or click on a link at the end of the newsletter to cancel your subscription.

Communication by email

If you wish to get in touch with us by email, please note that the contents of unencrypted emails can be viewed by third parties. We therefore recommend that confidential information only be sent in encrypted form or by post. In the event of contacting the provider (for example using the contact form or by email), the user’s information will be stored for the purpose of processing the enquiry, and for any follow-up queries.

User tracking

Your IP address is additionally anonymised by us and is therefore no longer traceable. Through modifications of the Google Analytics Code, your IP address is shortened to the last octet. As such, no usage profiles are created and supplemented by further data and the abbreviation of the IP address prevents the determination of your name or address.

If you do not wish your data to be logged by Google Analytics in general, you have the option to download a corresponding opt-out browser add-on under http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Use of HubSpot

next intralogistics GmbH uses Hubspot on its website for analysis purposes. This is a service of Hubspot Inc. Hubspot is certified under the EU-US Privacy Shield.

This service uses so-called “web beacons” and also sets “cookies”, which are saved on your computer and facilitate the analysis of your website use by next intralogistics GmbH. Hubspot evaluates the information logged (e.g. IP address, geographic location, type of browser, length of visit and web pages accessed) on behalf of next intralogistics GmbH, in order to obtain information regarding your visit and the pages of next intralogistics GmbH accessed under the main URL: www.next-intralogistics.de/.

Use of reCAPTCHA

In order to protect the contact form on our website, we use the service “reCAPTCHA” provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA, referred to in the following as “Google”. Through the use of this service it is possible to determine whether inputs are of human origin, or if misuse through automated processing is taking place.

As far as we are aware, the referrer URL, IP address, behaviour of the website visitor, information about the operating system, browser and length of the visit, cookies, presentation instructions and scripts, input behaviour of the user and mouse movements in the area of the “reCAPTCHA” check box are transmitted to “Google”. Google uses the information obtained in this way for example to digitalise books and other printed products, and to optimise services such as Google Street View and Google Maps (e.g. house number and street name recognition).

The IP address transmitted within the framework of “reCAPTCHA” is not combined with other data by Google unless you are logged into your Google account at the time of using the “reCAPTCHA” plug-in. If you wish to prevent this transmission and storage of data about you and your behaviour on our website by “Google”, you must log out of “Google” before you visit our website or use the reCAPTCHA plug-in.

Use of YouTube components with expanded data protection mode

On our website, we use components (videos) of YouTube, LLC 901 Cherry Ave., 94066 San Bruno, CA, USA, a company of Google Inc., Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. In doing so, we utilise the " - expanded data protection mode - " YouTube option.

When you access a web page that has a video on it, a connection is established with the YouTube servers and the content is presented on the web page through transmission to your browser.

According to the information provided by YouTube, in " - expanded data protection mode - " data is only transmitted to the YouTube service, in particular which web pages you have visited, if you view the video. If you are logged into YouTube at the same time, this information is assigned to your member’s account with YouTube. You can prevent this by logging out of your member’s account before you visit our website.

Use of Google Adwords

We use the Google advertising tool "Google Adwords" on our website for advertising purposes. In this regard, our website uses the analysis service "conversion tracking” from Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, referred to in the following as “Google”. If you have accessed our website via an advert placed on Google, a cookie will be set on your computer. Cookies are small text files that are placed on your computer and saved by your internet browser. These so-called “conversion cookies” become invalid after 30 days and do not serve to enable personal identification. If you visit certain pages on our website and the cookie has not yet expired, we and Google are able to determine that you have clicked on the advert placed on Google, and that you were forwarded to our web page.

Using the information collected by the “conversion cookies”, Google is able to generate visit statistics for our website. These statistics tell us the total number of users who have clicked on our advert and which pages of our website each visitor called up after this. We and any other "Google Adwords" advertisers do not obtain any information that enables us to personally identify the user.

You can prevent the installation of the “conversion cookies” with corresponding browser settings, e.g. setting your browser to deactivate the automatic setting of cookies in general, or so that cookies from the domain “googleleadservices.com” are blocked.

Comments and contributions

If users leave comments in a blog or other contributions, their IP addresses are stored. This takes place for the provider’s security, in case individuals write illegal contents in comments and contributions (abusive language, prohibited political propaganda, etc.). In this instance the provider may decide to prosecute due to the comment or contribution, whereby the identity of the author is required.

Use of Facebook social plugins

This website uses social plugins from the social network facebook.com, which is operated by Facebook Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland ("Facebook"). The plugins can be identified by the Facebook logo (white “f” on a blue tile, the term “Like” or with a “thumbs up” sign) or with the add-on "Facebook Social Plugin". If a user of a website calls up a page that contains such a plugin, their browser will establish a direct connection with the servers of Facebook. Twitter

This website uses buttons from the Twitter service. These buttons are provided by Twitter Inc., 795 Folsom St., Suite 600, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. These can be identified by the words "Twitter" or "Follow", combined with a stylised blue bird. With the help of the buttons it is possible to share a contribution or page of this website on Twitter or follow the provider on Twitter.
