With rented or leased conveyance technology, the following also applies: The system must run. No ifs or buts. That is why customer service, spare parts and hotline support belong to our core activities. With rented systems, the maintenance and spare parts fees are included in the rental price.

Our central service hotline is available to our customers, free of charge, between 07:00 and 17:00 hrs, and always connects you with the right point of contact. You receive professional advice right from the initial service or fault inquiry, and our service team will organise the rapid supply of spare parts if necessary.
